Customer FAQ’s – “What is your cancellation policy?”

As a property management company, we strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction for both our owners and our guests. Our goal is to ensure that every rental experience is a success for all parties involved. Vacation Rentals tend to have a different cancellation policy than hotels, due to the fact that each and every one of our homes are unique. Unlike a hotel that has hundreds if not thousands of similar rooms, each of our vacation rentals provide a completely distinct experience.

When you book a home with us, we make a commitment to you that the home you decided on will be made exclusively available to you for the dates you reserved. Once a reservation is made, not only have we made a commitment to you, but we have made a commitment to our owners as well. Working as a middleman between our property owners and our guests, we work hard to ensure a streamlined reservation process that is satisfactory for both our owners and our guests. When booking a rental with us, be sure to review our cancellation policy.

  • To safeguard your investment, we recommend you purchase travel protection for your vacation rental. If for any reason you decide to cancel, travel protection will allow for a 100% refund. Travel protection is available for every rental, for an additional 6.95% of the total rental price.
  • If you did not purchase travel protection but you must cancel, we can provide a 100% refund ONLY if we can re-book your exact dates in that home. During busy summer months like July, re-booking is usually not a problem.

Within our cancellation policy, we have tried to create a system that is mutually beneficial for all parties involved. We are happy to work with you to make the cancellation and re-booking process as hassle-free as possible, so please do not hesitate to contact us in the case of an emergency.
