Call us! We want to make the rental process as simple, quick and convenient as possible for you. If you have questions about a specific property, do not hesitate to call or e-mail us; our wonderful guest services team are here to answer any questions you may have about the rental process. Generally, when you are ready to book your home, there are three important things to keep in mind.

1.) A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking. This payment must be made with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We require the payment by credit card so that one can be kept on file in the event of significant damage or other special circumstances. NOTE: Your total price includes a $39 damage fee that covers you for up to $3000 of damage incurred during your stay.

2.) After we receive your initial payment, we will send you a guest contract to sign. You can sign this electronically and send it back to us via email. Once the guest contract is signed, we can release the address information for your vacation rental. NOTE: We are not allowed to release address information prior to this for owner safety and home security. Before the home address is released, we are happy to give you general area information and answer any questions you may have about the home.

3.) You’re almost done! The final payment for your stay is not due until 60 days prior to arrival. You are welcome to make this payment anytime before the 60 days at your convenience. This final payment can be made in any form; cash, check, credit or check by phone.
