This ski resort offers a huge variety of dining and some shopping at the Alpine Village, enough to keep family and non skiers happy while you get your last run in, again and again. Find cafeteria style dining or find a table at one of the many restaurants. The Village is entertaining and fun for the whole family even before you get to the actual skiing.
To get to the top of the mountain you can drive up the well maintained winding mountain road to several large parking areas at the top. Don’t worry if the upper lot is closed, you can ski from the lower lot and ride the lift back to get your lift ticket. At least once. Another great option is to ride the bus up to the ski resort. Buses run every 30 minutes from the lower lot to the top of the mountain. Cost? it’s only $2.
