What a simple and wonderful way to spend an early morning or a fine afternoon in Coeur d’Alene.  Fall Colors are on the way and the sights will simply amaze you.  Travel along on of the many local trails or hike through the tree lined streets of downtown Coeur d’Alene. 

The nearby trails are very quick and easy to get to, with many of them starting in town or within a couple of minutes drive.  The hiking is easy along the sun spotted trails and the views are nothing short of spectacular.  

Plan on bringing a camera for pictures you are sure to take and share with friends.  Better yet bring a friend and pack a lunch to share that view and a long conversation.  The trails are quieter this time of year with the summer traffic gone but be prepared to share the trail with other nature lovers out to see the fall colors.
